The Green Building Observatory is the real estate sector's independent discussion forum on sustainable development. Thinking about responsible real estate is the raison d'être of the OID, which brings together more than 80 members and partners, including the leaders in tertiary real estate in France, across its entire value chain. The OID is an association that actively participates in the rise of ESG themes in France and internationally, through a program of actions in the field and with public authorities.
